How far in advance should we book a wedding coordinator?

I recommend booking your wedding day coordinator as soon as you have your date and venue secured — typically 6 to 12 months in advance. Popular dates, especially during peak wedding season, can fill up quickly.

That said, if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Bringing a coordinator on board earlier also means you’ll have support in the final months leading up to your wedding, including timeline creation, vendor communication, and ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth, stress-free day.

From full-scale wedding planning to day-of coordination, we meet you exactly where you are. Need us from the start to design and manage the entire process? We’re on it. Prefer to do the planning yourself?

We’ll step in 4 weeks before the big day to tie up loose ends and build your master timeline. Whichever path you choose, we’re on-site from start to finish on the wedding day, managing every detail while you celebrate..
