How far in advance should I book my wedding planner or coordinator?
I recommend booking your wedding planner or coordinator as soon as you’ve set your wedding or event date. A planner can also help you to source and secure your venue. Popular dates, especially during peak wedding season, can fill up quickly.
That said, if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Bringing a planner or coordinator on board early also means you’ll have support in the final months leading up to your wedding, including timeline creation, vendor communication, and ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth, stress-free day.
